confidence interval for Cpk estimate

Moulding has several quality measurements so data must be analysed multivariately.

Is there a multivariate equivalent of the process capability index Cpk? How can I estimate its confidence interval (CI)?

Then can I use the formulation to estimate the sample size needed for a specified CI?

I want to apply this to multi-cavity moulds.
