Examples of automated decisions - not just reports - based on analytics

We all know that analytics leads to considerable automation, particularly for reporting and statistical analyses. But does it also lead to automated decisions where money is directly involved? I see a few instances where this is the case:

Automated trades on the stock market
Automated detection of credit card fraud in real time
Automated keyword bidding strategies for advertisers
Automated pilot (planes and even cars)

Data quality control, optimal control, weather forecasts - these fields leverage analytics not just for reporting purposes, but to directly produce financial impact on businesses.

Clinical trial - these statistical tests decide whether a drug is going on the market or not, and implications are in the billions of dollars.
