I am a SAS data analyst and new to SAS BI. I don't know much about Business Intelligence. Does a BI job belong to IT category, not data analytics? Is there overlapping between BI and data analytics? I used Business Objects before in my previous job. For me, BO was just an interface to pull data from data warehouse and main analytical work still is done in SAS manually. I saw some people used BO to design nice reports, but no more complicated than providing summary statistics.
