if I can get Manipulate, and charting into the HTML screens produced by RStudio

I want to amplify the work of an Analytics department by turning the models they build in R into HTML screens with charts and controls that non-analytic folks could use. For example a screen that calculates seasonality that allows you to click a radio button to eliminate a datapoint.

One way is Java and the IMSL library. However if I can get Manipulate, and charting into the HTML screens produced by RStudio I am most of the way there. At least I have a great prototype... Is this possible?

Kquant - You may want to look at Visokio Omniscope 2.8 for doing this, you could do the prototype just using the one-month free trial:

Also good integration, ETL, data mining and visualisation tool....
