Repeat Friend Request notification email

A user sent me a friend request about 10 minutes ago. Since then, I have received 100+ emails from analyticbridge alerting me to that fact. Each email says the same thing. They just keep sending. So, 100 emails in 10 minutes.

I think there may be a bug in the site's notification center.
