American Family Insurance is seeking candidates with business analytics experience in Personal Lines with a high degree of proficiency with GuideWire. This job is located in Madison, WI.

Position Objective

Designs, develops, coordinates and implements comprehensive test strategy and plans for business application system changes and/or newly developed business application systems. Diagnoses, researches, and resolves complex multi-business application system problems. Identifies opportunities for improved business application systems operations. Initiates solutions for multi-platform business application systems (mainframe, web and combinations). Translates high level business requirements into detailed business requirements. Acts as a liaison between I/S and Personal Lines. Determines the best package for release and effective coordination of delivery for our customers and end-users. Responsible for designing requirements that ensure the collection and secure storage of accurate and complete data.
