They are seeking a creative and experienced marketing professional to direct the company's quantitative marketing efforts. The Director of Quantitative Marketing is responsible for all online advertising, search engine optimization, affiliate marketing, website and e-mail marketing analytics.
Responsibilities:
* Optimize PPC advertising on major search engines including Google, Bing, and Yahoo.
* Oversee CPM and CPA marketing with behavioral and performance ad networks and affiliate networks.
* Determine and execute on optimal strategy for SEO.
* Track and analyze the success of direct mail and e-mail marketing campaigns.
* Perform website analytics and path optimization i.e. AB testing, multivariate testing, Omniture, Crystal Reports, etc.
* Develop and assess the performance of all promotions, discounts, and coupon programs.
* Creatively use your own analytical sense and experience to propose projects involving data analysis that could benefit the company.
Required Skills and Experience:
* Advanced degree in a statistics/mathematics/computer science/ or other technical field.
* at least 5 years experience in quantitative internet marketing, preferably website/services marketing.
* Extensive literacy in data analysis and management.
* Ability to create robust presentations to present findings internally.
* Extensive experience with Google, Bing, and Yahoo in both paid search marketing and SEO.
* Extensive experience with email marketing best practices.
* Knowledge of Microsoft Excel at an advanced level, Omniture or other web analytics tools a plus
