Social Network For Analytic Professionals

Purpose: To optimize the performance of business operations (HR Databases, project mgmt & dashboard) by analyzing current, and predicting future performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Defines, analyzes and studies operational issues and data.
  • Applies analytical techniques to solve operational issues.
  • Synthesizes results of analyses, develops and make recommendations and present results.
  • Participates in and/or facilitates the implementation of products, services, and operational changes.
  • Manages projects for a department and/or business unit(s).
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Demonstrated experience managing large cross-functional, multidimensional teams and complex projects.
  • Highly refined skill gained from multiple years of interpreting advanced statistical analysis and modeling tools.
  • In-depth knowledge of data querying, reporting, forecasting, analysis and operations research, including sophisticated statistical methods and modeling.
  • Demonstrated experience identifying relevant analytical problems, determining appropriate diagnostic methods, and solving unique and complex issues/problems.
  • Highly developed communication skills including preparing and presenting results, findings and alternatives, and influencing management decision making.
  • Extensive experience with PeopleSoft, from query reporting, to implementation.

Desired Skills, Knowledge & Abilities:
  • Thorough knowledge of and extensive experience with, credit union or retail banking operations
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field, or the equivalent combination of training, education and experience.
