Startup looking for a Senior Software Engineer

Wavii is an early stage Seattle-based start-up that is unlocking meaning from text on the web. We are ex-Amazon/ex-Microsoft, well funded, and looking to hire a senior or principal level software engineer to be our second developer.

We are solving a big, hairy problem with pragmatic solutions. We're confident that our novel approach to the problem will take us much further than anyone has gone before. We're extremely excited by the results so far, but we have significant and challenging problems still to solve.

The work is CS heavy. Be prepared to learn and discover new things within the fields of distributed systems, machine learning, and natural language processing.

We're looking for an engineer (not a manager, not a linguist, and not a researcher). And we write in Python!

We pay a very reasonable salary, but you probably make more at your current job. You'll be joining us for the challenge, excitement, and significant equity.
