Powerpoint-like presentations in LaTeX

Hi all,

does anyone know about how to produce Powerpoint-like presentations in LaTeX? I would like to see the same capabilities as in PPT files - animation, event processing, but with the ease of adding mathematical contents to the pages.

Try the Beamer package

Althought Beamer is the best package to produce Power-point presentations there is another one which called "ppower4".. but I would recommend you, as Andrej does, the Beamer package.
