Seeking collaborators for Epidemiology Data Mining system

Stillwater is working with a Chinese health care infrastructure company on a nation wide system for health care automation. We are working on a proposal to provide a epidemiology data mining system and we are seeking collaborators to research and develop this system. We are seeking collaborators with state of the art data analysis skills for epidemiology. Familiarity with web-scale data mining technologies is a plus.
