Dear All,
I would like to know about significant variable selection using Jackknife PLSR (partial least square regression). Also how to find out upper and lower limits for the regression coefficient to reject the irrelevant variables.
It would be great if anyone let me know how to write code in matlab to run jackknife PLSR and to obtain uncertainty limits.
