Hi all! As you many know, PMML is a standard XML-based language used to represent predictive models. In this way, models built with your favorite statistical tool (R) can be exported into PMML and imported into another tool. The good news is that a PMML package is now available for R (you can find the latest in CRAN).

Anyway, I just created a PMML group here at AnalyticBridge and would like to invite you to join us. I hope to have a good amount of productive debate on PMML as well as different ways packages could support it.

Thanks,

Alex

R is great. We have been using it to generate SVM and Neural Network models which can now be exported to PMML via the pmml R package.

I use R for all my image analysis needs in MRI and PET.
