Permalink Reply by Cesar on November 30, 2011 at 7:10pm Anyone who makes a living on operational research analysis, statistical databases, data management (including but not limited to text files) will take SAS. I have used both programs and I still don't understand how some people even dare to compare them. SPSS is cheaper and requires no additional programming skills (if your are using click and play option). It is the perfect statistical software for people without calculus or econometrics. That's about it.
