Fair Isaac's Model Builder product supports the generation of PMML and their Blaze Advisor(tm) business rules management system is a valid consumer. Also I think Pegasystems can consume PMML as can Chordiant Decision Manager.

Thanks for starting this group. Hopefully we'll see some interesting discussions. Weka has only limited import support for PMML so far (three model types). My plans are to expand this in the near future and then move on to consider exporting PMML.
