Have served in multiple business transformation roles with business strategy and operational process improvement capacities focusing deeply in Supply Chain and broadly cross-functional. Began with IBM in 1983 as an IEOR graduate from Va Tech, developed Quality and Reliability methods in complex electro-mechanical systems applied in development and manufacturing environments both internally and with clients through IBM's CIM Lab. Spent 10yrs consulting in an IBM / C&L joint partnership in Quality, Change Management, and Time-to-Market offerings in multiple industries. Rejoined IBM in 2001 focusing on supply chain planning and procurement processes.
