Short Bio:
PhD Statistician responsible for quantitative analysis of MRI studies for the internal decision-making process in early-phase drug development. Particularly interested in the interface between data acquisition, image processing, mathematical modelling and statistical inference. Mainly focused on clinical applications in neurology, psychiatry and oncology.

I am a membre in Computational Mathematics Laboratory, Tunisia. My research interest include wavelet transform, long memory processes . I am interested in your work in the field and especially on the two articles "Wavelet estimation of a local long memory parameter" and "Time Varying Long Memory in Volatility: Detection and estimation with wavelets. So can you, please send me the codes for estimating d(t), knowing that I use the R software (beginner).
thank you.

Theodore, please feel free to visit my "academic" website at http://www.ma.ic.ac.uk/~bwhitche/ for more information about my technical experience in MRI, finance and atmospheric science. I am currently providing mathematical modelling and analysis support to a wide range of MRI applications in disease progression and, particularly, drug development. My team is responsible for supplying algorithms to quantify data from MRI experiments, both structural and functional, in order to answer scientific questions important to the company. We are interested in novel or third-party algorithms, including their potential automation, and how they can be efficiently implemented using off-the-shelf hardware/software configurations.
