I have been working in statistical modeling and data mining for the 15 years. I have served many different roles in business, but the one I feel most comfortable is as analytics architect - the one who design the proper analytics solutions for business problem. I am deeply into programming and algorithm design, data mining and statistical modeling.

I have a company looking for an Analyst/Director. They don't care what company you are working for. They are looking for some from a good school with either an Economics, Statistics or Nuclear Physics Degree. They haven't done any AB testing . They need someone to start everything from conception through to the final testing and grow a group. The company is profitable and growing. The founders of Netflix are running things over there.
