James D. Ruotolo is currently the Principal for Insurance Fraud in the Global Fraud and Financial Crimes Practice at SAS. He is the former Director of Strategic Operations for the Special Investigations Unit of a large nationwide multi-line insurance carrier. He is a Certified Fraud Specialist and an internationally recognized public speaker with a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice and a Master’s degree in Economic Crime Management. He teaches a Legal Issues course at the graduate level in a Fraud Management MBA program and has published the Online Investigator’s Handbook.
