Short Bio:

I have been on contract with PepsiCo for about a year. I just finished my roles as Inventory Policy Analyst and Business Analyst, and then start a new role with the Demand Planning team after New Year's. As Inventory Policy Analyst, I investigated how much inventory PepsiCo should hold of different products at different plants and warehouses around the nation to almost always provide customers with their needs on time even when the time for new material to arrive or amount demanded during that time is somewhat above average. As Business Analyst, I focused on consequences of holding too much inventory, mainly that food can expire while still in the warehouse and PepsiCo is forced to sell to dollar stores instead of regular customers for less money. I have done some work independently and some with a consultant.
