What would you consider to be most beneficial quality in an analytics professional - deep specialist skills in one of the specific branches of analytics (e.g. data mining; predictive modelling; prescriptive modelling; etc.) or some abilities in each of the main branches?Are employers looking for all-in-one data scientists or to build teams of individual specialists?
