I used Paul Allison's book 'Survival Analysis using SAS' to learn more about Cox Models with nonproportional hazards. In chapter 5 he discuss methods for testing and modeling nonproportional hazards.

Thank you for the suggestion. I've been looking to add this feature (chat rooms), but have not yet found a suitable app that can be easily integrated. Ning.com does not provide it yet, but I've managed to add an interactive map (not provided by Ning) on my profile, so it's possible that we could add a chat room. I will continue to look around. Also sometimes, these apps are still in beta mode and don't work perfectly. If you have recommendations, please share with us!
