Short Bio:

I am an R&D Bioinformatics scientist, part of the innovation and quality team at ServiceXS in the Netherlands. I am working on practical projects in genomics and bioinformatics for research groups in academia and in biotech industry. My main focus is setting up personalized pipelines for the analysis of Next Generation Sequencing Data.
I enjoy taking part in challenging projects and providing simple solutions to biologist in order to help them understand the data and answer their research questions. I am actively involved in the analysis of structural variation in prostate cancer using NGS data in the framework of the Pro-Nest EU project, I was also previously involved in the Diogenes EU project to set up a predictive model using microarray gene expression.
I hold a PhD in Bioinformatics and a Master’s degree in Medical Informatics from Pierre & Marie Curie University in Paris.
