- I have over 12 years of experience in delivering analytics solutions for myriad of business problems. I have worked in Retail and Insurance industry and consulted into a variety of other industries. Currently I direct a group of quantitative researchers in insurance analytics.
Academically speaking, I have a Ph.D. in Operations Research. I am very hands-on leader and have used tools all the way from base statistical procedures upto very sophisticated predictive analytics tools including some of the state-of-the-art data mining and text mining vendor solutions. I am a great fan of SAS and expert user as well. I am known in my current work place as someone who has ability to deeply understand the business need, combined with the passion for analytics to drive the bottom line impacting results.
