I specialize in reviewing internal business processes (through researching, reporting, and analyzing) and recommending/ implementing updates to increase efficiency with users. I have created and updated dozens of reports (including turnover and churn-over) that range from out-of-the-box data for line-managers to high-level profiles & charts for the Executive Committee. During the past five years, I have created and led training courses that were face-to-face as well as web-based. Over the past three years I have worked on several implementation projects, including an ADP Ev4 to Oracle HRMS transition.
