Comment by Sean Flanigan on June 16, 2012 at 8:37pm: Interesting, I used NLP to categorize about 2,000 comments into 50 buckets using custom functions using an IBM product. By the time I was done, my left arm was ruined, but the results were impressive (not because I'm impressive, I mean the NLP).
